Shipping:
EBigBuys ships via every major carrier.  There are shipping estimation buttons available throughout the website.   We do not charge very high shipping prices to make up our profits. Orders are mostly shipped the same day if ordered before 12 PM EST.

Warranty/Return Policy:
EBigBuys offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt.  Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns.  Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.  Special Order items may not be returned.  Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.  Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to returns@ebigbuys.com and be sure to provide the original PO number, product being returned, and the reason for return.  For all reasons other than a damaged or incorrect item or the returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%; please contact the Returns department for details.

Please note the items damaged during shipment should be reported for an exchange/return within 2 weeks of the date of receipt. Please send your email to our returns department with your original PO#, a short description of the damaged package (if possible a Picture) so we can immediately file a claim with the responsible shipping carrier.

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
