Note: This product measures the electronic signals that pass through your body as a result of the beating of your heart. This measurement is obtained from the watch's 2 sensors: the top metal sensor button and back battery door. When you place your finger from the opposite hand onto the top sensor of the watch, this creates a loop across your body the watch can read.
